CANNE PER CILINDRI
Le canne cilindri sono tutte ricavate da fusioni centrifugate di ghisa grigia lamellare e di ghisa sferoidale, particolarmente adatta per i motori ad alta sollecitazione termico-meccanica. La gamma di produzione va dalle canne e cilindro per vettura, motociclette, camion, mezzi agricoli, motori industriali sino ad alcuni tipi di cilindri alettati e di canne per compressori incluso il tipo definito ad "alta rugosità" studiato appositamente per un perfetto ancoraggio della stessa quando inglobata in una fusione in lega leggera. Per alcuni tipi di vetture e camion viene inoltre prodotta la canna "nitrurata" particolarmente resistente ali' usura ed ideale per un minore consumo d'olio nel motore.
CYLINDER UNERS
All cylinder liners are obtained by centrifugated fusion of grey lamellar cast iron and spheroidal cast iron, particularly qualified for higly thermical and mechanical stressed engines.The range of production covers all liners suitable to cars, motorcycles, trucks,tractors, industrial engines, some aircooled cylinders and some liners for compressors,included the type called "high rugosity" appositely studied to give a perfect mechanical adhesion between the molten aluminium and grey cast iron.Some car and truck liners are produced in the "nitrided" version.These are particularly resistant to wear and tear and result in less oil cosumption by the engine.
ZYLINDERBUECHSEN
Die Zylinderbuechsen werden aus geschleudertem Grauguss hergestellt. Fuer Motoren mit besonders hoher thermischer-mechanischer Belastung wird gescheuderter Sphaeroguss eingesetzt. Der Bereich der Produktion geht von Buechsen fuer PKWS, Motorraeder, LKWS, Fahrzeuge der Landwitschaft und Industrie bis zu Buechsen mit Kuehlrippen und fuer Kompressoren, als auch Buechsen mit hoher oberlaechenrauhigkeit fuer den Verbundguss mit Leichtmetallegierunqen. Fuer Einige Fahrzeugtypen -PKWS un LKWS- wird auch die nitrierte Buechse, die sich besonders wegen des hohen Verschleisswiderstandes und den geringen Oelverbrauch auszeichnet, hergestellt.
