SEDI VALVOLE
Le sedi valvole sono ricavate da fusioni singole in grappolo e da fusioni centrifugate di ghisa che garantiscono l'assoluta sanità dei particolari finiti. La vasta gamma dei materiali (la G8O, con il 12% di cromo ideale per motori altamente sollecitati e per l'impiego con la benzina senza piombo, la G90 ghisa austenitica, con il coefficente di dilatazione termica lineare molto simile a quello dell'alluminio e quindi ottimale per l'impiego nei motori industriali la G33, contenente il 33% di cromo ed ideale per i motori ad alta sollecitazione termica come i turbo diesel) ci ha sempre permesso di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza della clientela. La gamma di materiali assieme alla grande precisione dei macchinari automatici ed alle moderne apparecchiature di controllo ha permesso alle OFF. MECC. BUSSO di diventare uno dei maggiori fornitori di sedi valvole per il primo impianto italiano.
VALVE SEATS
Valve seats are obtained from singles stack moulding and from centrifugated castings of cast iron that guarantee the absolute soundness of finished parts. The wide range of materials used (G8O, with 12% of crome, ideai for higly stressed engines and for applications with unleaded fuel; G9O, austenitic cast iron, about the same thermical expansion coefficient as aluminium, optimal for industriai engines; G33, with 33% of crome, ideai for higly thermical stressed engines as turbo diesel) satisfies ali costumers requirements. VENTILSITZRINGE
Die Ventilsitzringe werden aus Eizelguss oder aus Schleuderguss-buechsen hergestellt. Die Fertigteile haben ein einwandfreies und gesundes Gefuege. Die umfangreiche Materialauswahl (G 80 mit 12% Chrom fuer Hochleistungsmotoren und blei frei, G 90 -austenitisches Gusseisen- hat einen Waermeausdehnunswert aehnlich wie Aluminium und ewaehrt sich daher gut bei Industriemotoren, G 33 mit 33% Chrom ist der ideale Werkstoff fuer Dieselmotoren mit Turboaufladung) hat uns immer die Moeglichkeit gegeben, allen Anspruechen unserer Kunden gerecht zu werden. Die verschiedenen Materia lqualitaeten, die hochqualifizierte Bearbeitung auf automatischen Werkzeugmaschinen und die modernen Kontrollvorrichtungen sind die Voraussetzung, dass die Firma OFF. MECC.
